Did a CN last night, didn't fill in FS cos couldn't be arsed but there were plenty of sugary sweets which are getting harder to eat in any quantity as the weeks go by. Lighter again today you notice. Next one's going to be Friday. I did a full evening of carbs and will again for the next few.
