Had a weekend where I ate what I liked, but sensibly. This week, I have 2 Christmas parties! 🎄 I think it's going to be damage limitation until New Years.
69.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
