Jolitt I was fasting 16 hours plus and having a decent meal and a second smaller one recently am eating one meal the size of a snack & hardly anything else under 1000 cal

Nadia that wouldn't even be enough to keep my toddler happy! Jolitt is right, what you were doing with the higher intake was working and you should go back to that

Think it’s stress related living with a difficult person isn’t easy am just fed up ! I need my personal space tomorrow will Uber it to Richmond alone have a hot chocolate yum read my book in peace ….just personal space am almost 50 yet she still treat me like a teen she @75 acts 50 ( fed up)

You are right having some time to yourself in personal space. cortisol levels drop and they are responsible to weight gain through stress. yes, don't go into starvation mode either! all the best.
