Hi everyone didn’t quite hit the mark with fasting today felt hungry 16 hours just ate lunch 80g of roast beef and five Brussels sprouts Not too bad … dinner vegetarian ( mum 🫣) have guests over mushroom rice kibbi and salad that’s about it today feeling blessed 🥰
