Goodness! Went out, drank loads of water, yet I'm lighter today. Who knew? Maybe it's due to my diet yesterday, lots of protein, rather less fat. I'll try to aim for that again today.
147.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I might add, everything I ate yesterday bar the Tesco sausages was from an organic butcher, very good quality in other words. Could that have a bearing? I've long held that if you give the body what it needs to mend itself it will but the crap you get from the supermarkets is the polar opposite of that. We need them all to be shut down just from a health POV alone - and don't get me started on the economics!

with you all the way on this one buddy!! we are having organic braised venison tonight, yes i'm eating Bambi!! i've already had my guilt mode, over that now i can smell it cooking ;) managed to get this half price from farm shop...bonus

That's very good. Everyone should eat properly. Prevention rather than cure.
