Bathroom weight finally. Had to up my supplement dosage. Feed better

72.4 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg. Still to go: 4.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 7.6 kg a Week

Yep! That was my grandmother's mantra. Idc if you had a toothache, you needed a "good working out"...lol.
