Doesn't seem as hard as couple years ago, weight is slowly and steadily coming off. Lost 3kg so far over the months. My attitude to food has changed as I look at input and what 'fuel' my body actually needs instead of sugary snacks. Pretty sure going alcohol free is also a massive help. I've tackled a lot of issues around binge eating & drinking.
68.1 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
