Hello everyone …. Thinking of our Mel Today sending her a prayer to stay strong in this challenging time …. On a more positive note went Christmas shopping yesterday almost done had one meal the weight dropped am really happy three months ago I was a size 20🫣again now 16 is loose tight 14 which is great I’ve lost ( 9.5kgs ) which is beyond belief am so happy today (75.5kg) getting closer to my goal today mushroom rice veal escalope salad within (1000) cal good luck with your weight loss goal sending u all much love ❤️❤️❤️
75.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
