Wow, up 8 KG's... BUT.. I decided to buy a decent weighing machine as I was always a little bit suspicious of the figures on the old weighing machine. Sometimes when it is to god to be true. it is.. I have still lost 16.5 KG in less than 2 months. So, the morale of the tale!.. Make sure you have a good set of scales it makes all the difference.
I shall continue on with renewed determination ...
