Think my loss is more related to horrible virus I'm fighting off. But pleased I stuck to eating well, porridge with mixed frozen fruits for breakfast.
70.5 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
