Hi everyone … fasting 18 hours last night was in tears yes in tears from being super hungry I drastically cut portion size 65 g of rice and 85 of chicken then tomato soup …. Not good I’ve decided to start from Monday will have meat chicken or veggies rice twice a week 3 times max May be that will help with hunger any suggestions are welcome my prayers are with everyone going through a hard time at the moment sending u much love advice on hunger pls ❤️❤️❤️
76.5 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Diets were meant to be healthy, not to cause you extreme stress. Not everyone is cut out for I.F. I do it daily but only for what I am comfortable with. Certainly not 18 hours. I am not going to starve until I pass out. My suggestion is to not eat any carbs without protein and to space them out. Concentrate on low glycemic veggies. Limit starches which cause your blood sugar to rise and cause hunger. When you eat starches only have a serving and it isn't what most people are eating. Have a protein snack if you are extremely hungry.

Morticia thank u for your advice I will follow it Is true I was suffering won’t do that concentrate on protein less carbs I simply was falling ill & cold no energy hungry thank u ladies xxxx
