Another small drop for the week and I'm happy with that. Sometimes you really do need to eat more to start the weight loss process again after a stall.
Grass mowing day since it's not supposed to rain until tonight. I know the rain is needed just getting tired of all the rainy days.

Great job. I agree with you--you have to trick your body--with food, exercise--everything--so it doesn't settle and stay where it's at. LOL. I need to cut my grass, too. Hopefully, tomorrow!
