From my perspective I think that folks should not set themselves up for remorse and self loathing during the Holidays by trying to loose weight— if you can maintain your weight that is a WIN and something to celebrate. That does not give you license to pig out. Pick and choose those food items offered that you rarely get to eat. If you can make it yourself, take a pass. PORTION CONTROL will help you enjoy your Holidays without guilt. Life has been tough for us all for a long time— take a mental break and enjoy this special time of year.

Kenna, what has been helping me is positive uplifting posts. I'm not one to tell someone what works or how something works for anyone else. I believe in the statements in life,
