It’s water weight it should go away as quick as it came. Don’t worry about it.
I used to weigh-in daily and had variations of +\- 1.5kgs depending on food/drink/exercise/sleep… Long trend was good but from one day to the next it was a rollercoaster.
Maybe you could try weighing yourself weekly and see if that works for you?

Weight naturally fluctuates. Plus or minus a few pounds is not significant.

Hi, Nadia. Do not worry about this weight result. This weight will go away when your menstrual cycle will finish. My weight in this time of the month encreases by 3 kg each month ( and often I have got 2 periods during month). So this weight is really getting into me , too. I am not an expert, or a doctor. But I know when I am trying to avoid salty foods ( even soups ) , spicy foods and coffee. From all these foods my stomach is feeling bloating with lost of water retention ).
