Went for a run yesterday. Only was able to muster 1 mile but set a new personal record for it being just under 10 minutes. I also walked 1 mile afterwards.

I have to admit my motivation has been wavering lately. Feeling lethargic after dieting for a year. I have upped y calories but that doesn't appear to have helped yet. I also have a craving for jelly beans. They are just pure sugar and I really don't crave anything else sweet so not sure why.

I know I need to get my motivation back but am not sure how at this point. I may have lost my focus and may need to remember why I started this journey. Whatever I do I need to eat healthy whole foods and not relapse into eating junk.
