Bummer.. I tried to induce a late insulin spike which should have taken a few pounds off but I slept very badly and was up half the night. Result? 3lbs up this morning :-( I suffer from deranged sleep so this will happen from time to time. ULC now for a few days.
148.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 39.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

i hope you don't mind i took a look at your diet calendar, but i really don't think this diet is working for you buddy. you are consistently gaining weight even with the drops made after your carb-nites. i know you have said before that your not fond of the green stuff, but is there nothing you could break up all this meat with? nuts, seeds, fruit, strawberries are in season and are gorgeous (even if you have to put icecream on it!!). what about full fat natural yoghurt with fruit and nuts in for lunch. your carb-nites should consist of more healthy carbs, i fear you are lacking in some serious vitamins and minerals. also you could customize your daily calorie intake to get a better deficit to lose weight. tell me to sod off if you want but FS is all about the support we can give each other and i mean all this with only your health at heart x

I am working in some veg when I remember. I've got down to 295 before without being veggie but I am having trouble this time. I'm aiming at lots of protein recently too which seems to help sometimes.

you mentioned in an older post you were starting 5x5, what is this? sorry if i'm being thick just never heard of it!!

Stronglifts 5x5. Exercise schedule. I'm having to rethink it as my lower back's hurting from my poor squat form.

i've done my lower back doing leg lifts! just bruised it a bit on the hard floor so doing em on the bed now!!
