Hi everyone ….No fasting today running around like a headless chicken had a quick bite with coffee feeling low on energy listening to my body today leftovers tonight cracking on with stuff to do with family sending u all much love xxx
76.6 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
