Finally got the little one back in playgroup and went for a walk today. It's been 10 days since I last exercised (yay half-term lol) and oh my goodness I could feel the difference 😂
101.6 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Becky, I've got 200 active minutes and over 3000 calories burnt today. This last week or so it was more like 3 active minutes and around 1500 calories burnt 🤣🤣

Ha ha! My half term was the same so few steps and calories burnt! Although having two boys I thought I was running around more! 😆 x
