So the total weight gain from all the bingeing and revelry was 3lbs. I’ll be ok now that I’m back on track. My goal is keep my weight between 190-193 with a stretch goal of 188.
87.7 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
