107.4kg.. so I've not put any additional weight on except for that 0.4kg on refeeding after fasting. Last Monday weigh in was 111.9kg (not my lightest), so If I can still be 107.4kg on Mondays weigh in and continue fasting, then perhaps I might be 105.9kg by Friday? Depends on length of fast and how many I do, I suppose. Current plan is to do 42hr and see if I can stretch that another 24hrs... Just planning ahead.. weigh ins on 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th this month, so in 3 weeks could I be 4.5kg less?? I'd be 102.9kg that's my target gone (103.4kg) which means 5 stone loss. Next target would then be getting to 101.5kg which is 15stone 13.5lbs..
December weigh ins 4th/7th/14th/21st so potentially it is feasible to lose another stone (6.35kgs by end of year), 6 stone loss... but that's a lot of fasting
107.4 kg Lost so far: 28.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
