Thank you Mappy 💖💖 first goal reached was 78kgs now aiming for 70kgs 💪💪💪 will keep trying fasting seems to work 18 hours and then small portions second meal soup or something light no restrictions I eat everything 😉😊

It’s so bad am craving sweets custard and biscuits thank God no custard or sweets in the house but penguin is calling me sitting tucked away in cupboard 😂😂
