37/7% b/f. Broke the 5 day fast yesterday and ate 2 micro meals and then a main meal. Put back on an acceptable 0.4kg. Not sure whether to define it a success or not re weight loss. I'm 1.1kg lighter than 7 days ago.. and that reading was after 2 x 42 hr fasts that week. Hmm!! What next?? I'm going to eat as per normal for weekend, then fast again Sunday evening and do another 42hr fast. After that I'm unclear what I'm going to do.. !!! Im just hoping I can remain in the 107kgs region or even drop into the 106's kg.. This weight loss is hard work!!!! Had a think and perhaps next week, ill get back to the gym!! Been off for a few weeks due to holidays/being ill, then missed a week due to being fasted..
107.4 kg Lost so far: 28.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.8 kg a Week
