Another good drop.. I have to say I am very pleased with myself being so strict with myself. I have stepped up my swimming exercise as well, which is obviously helping. Cooking in the air fryer, I think, is another help. I would like to than everyone on here for their support as well, it always cheers me up.
151.5 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 51.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
