Weight seems to be staying remaining constant; at the moment, I think time to up my exercise.. I do swim most days, about 30 lengths of the pool. maybe see if i can go a bit faster.
The food side seems to be working out, I am keeping to my plan, and it has ben a god send getting the Air Fryer.. apart from making life so much easier !
154.3 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 54.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
