BMI 25.71 which according to those people is ideal. I was close to 30.0 when I started last year so all in all the 25lbs I’ve lost is something I can truly feel. Brutal honesty about caloric intake was the biggest single thing that worked. Exercise was secondary.
86.0 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It’s the only formula that works long term. There is no magic shortcut.

Nicely done. 👏👏👏 That was my experience, too. The battle over weight was won in the kitchen and not the gym. Or, in my case, on the ski trail 😉

Wyo thanks for the feedback. 👍 I think I’ll continue to count cals to maintain in the future. I won’t fix what isn’t broken.
