Well I must be doing something right, ☺️ bike riding some mornings I know helps. Got a flat tyre so got to wait for that to be fixed and remain focussed on my will power, but I’m still in the right frame of mind. Total loss this time around 9kgs, still a way to go but can feel my strength coming back now 👌🏼
