Hi everyone … hope this post finds u well , lots done chicken with chickpeas in a tomato sauce is almost ready yummy dinner feeling a bit more positive will fly out to see my partner sometime hopefully as soon as I can sort out the mess that needs to be sorted booked mum in for a face 2 face appointment with the GP her blood pressure is high despite being on four kinds of medication … so will see … I have to admit stress this time round has added weight loss …. Always busy so seem to drink water coffee and green tea need to get away and find me again ….Life is challenging for most people we shouldn’t loose sight of what matters the most … sending u all much love IF fasting 18 hours
Second meal wings & Greek yoghurt for the day food wise …

Life can be very hectic at times Nadia, especially when you're looking after aging/ailing parents. It's important to take time to breathe, to remember that you are more than a carer. If you can, take a walk or go sit somewhere green. Somewhere you can hear the birds or the sound of water. Just breathe and . . .Be.

my mum was full on, when I visited it was like a full time job rather than daughter visiting mu, she's been gone 4yrs now n I miss her so much, I wished I had more patience with her as sometimes I think it was because she was lonely, she just went about it the wrong way, I'm not saying this is ur story but they aren't here forever treasure them while they are, like jolitt says take urself away from it for a while xx

Jolitt I feel am suffocating at times …. Tomorrow I have to resume and deal with issues to do with the family …. I can’t seem to find me anymore…

Exactly Heather that’s it so I try to buy her things make her happy as much as not always easy but she isn’t hear forever but I need my space too which is something very difficult to achieve …

It's not complaining nadia it's venting, we all need to do it, its good for u, sometimes it's so easy to get lost in looking after others we need our own space too, take care lovely xx

As Heather said, it's not complaining Nadia. Life can be overwhelming at times. Relatives can be demanding without realising the impact theyre having on you. Make sure you look after yourself as much as you do them. I wish you peace in your life.
