Hi everyone hope ur keeping well , am struggling at the moment mums blood pressure is up again so the usual protocol but it’s been happening more often …. Food wise am upping my calories a bit really pleased with my weight loss another half a kg that’s a stone gone that’s to IF and keeping track of my food intake …. And your support … so thank you everyone xxx you make up for so much I didn’t have before fat secrets … it was very lonely indeed ❤️❤️
78.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hello, Nadia. I'm very sorry to hear about your mum's high blood pressure. I know what it is. I have been suffering from this for several years now, and I am on 2 types of medication ( which keeps my blood pressure at normal range ). All my thoughts with you. 😊 Well done on your progress. Keep posting about your mum, and how are your coping, please.
