Yep. It is me now. I am heavier by 7.7kg now. Shame on me. I do feel frustrated and angry with myself. In the last several months, I slept a maximum of 5 hours daily, falling asleep only around 6.00 am as all night I am in severe pain and can't to settle comfortably to sleep in the bed. My eating habits are very bad: not enough fruits and vegetables, proteins, and fibre. 3 days ago, I managed to make a vegetable salad for 4 days: white cabbage, red bell peppers, tomatoes, and shredded carrots. When I need, I am taking from the box some of it, adding a little bit of extra vergin olive oil, salt, and black pepper. It is my first step toward healthier eating, isn't it? Also, eating oranges. 😋 Started walking and doing step aerobics. Hopefully, very soon, I will see a change on my floor scale.
100 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Pls pls don’t be hard on yourself two years ago when life was going better …I was able to get a grip look at me gained 21kg ! Back now going slow and steady we are all human start again … am here for you ❤️❤️

Aw, lovely Nadia ! You are always so nice to me! Yes, I know, you are always inspiring me! You are always trying to be positive. I managed to loose so weight before, so I will manage this time too. Sometimes it is very heartening to see when you went from 120 kg to 92 kg ( after all hard work of healthy eating ) and... fell ill again: stay in the hospital, covid, illness, another illness... AND 100 kg AGAIN. 😑 But, Nadia, I agree with you, I must not be so hard on myself. Looking at your experience and how you are dealing with your weight gain and trying to loose it again. We do need to stay focused and to keep going

Yelena my darling …. Your well being & health is priority we need to keep going … I can’t exercise and walking is difficult and painful but I stay active inside the house we do what we can … you are an amazing person never let anything define who u are as a person lots of luv xxx

Nadia, thank you for a such lovely words ❤️. I am struggling walking myself. I had an operation on my leg in the end of August. Also problem with my back. Can walk on cratches 30 minutes with constant rests on the benches. If me and my husband can't go for a walk in the woodland, I am doing a little step aerobics at home. Dear Nadia, I know what it is not being able to walk. My thoughts with you. 🩷

Keep going Yelena, we’re all behind you. I know it’s hard. Chronic pain and other things that affect sleep and mood are so difficult to counter when losing weight but you’ll do it. Take care of yourself first and foremost
