Hi everyone no fasting today …. I had a small breakfast today three meals I like to take a break from time to time migraine is better today …, hoping for better days ahead ❤️❤️
79.3 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
