Monday I had the munchies and I couldn't stop snacking in the evening.
I didn't enter any food on Tuesday. I will try to rehash now.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 29.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
