After 36 hrs of fasting.. Plan is to eat at 12 noon (so 42 hr fasting) and 5pm, more high fat meals, then fast again for another 42hrs, so after Tuesday 5pm, next meal will be Thursday 12 noon or 1pm ish..then 5pm. If able ill then fast again till Saturday 12 noon.. Plan is to do another 3 x 42 hr fasts next week to try and break this major plateau. Trying to get under 117kg. ideally id like to be 103kg ish, but thats going to take 4 weeks of this I reckon
111.8 kg Lost so far: 23.7 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 11.2 kg a Week
