Starting again having gained 17ish pounds since my last entry in 2010 then loosing that amount in 5 months since October 2014 purely by starting to cycle the the 4.5 miles to and from work 5 days a week. I decided to start on this website again having started cooking from a budget cookery book in preparation for becoming a student again this September and I was worried weather I was getting enough protein due to it being mainly vegeterian type meals. I would still love to get down to 140lbs but at the moment I'm aiming at 147lbs
