Yesterday was a beautiful day. I went out and fertilized the lawn in the morning. In the afternoon I went for a 3 mile run in the park. Unfortunately I overate salty glazed ham for dinner. It was good. Salt, sugar and fat, a lethal combination.
104.8 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
