Hi everyone only managed 15 hours fast hungry today not good 😉😔🫣
79.3 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hormonal changes I tend to eat more … but will make it up tomorrow not the end of the world but some days am more hungry

As does ur friendship to me! I love WeeG more than 5 planets but sometimes I crave adult company, not so bad now since I joined recovery college and drumming circle...maybe u could look into whats available near u, art class or photography maybe??❤️❤️
