Hello everyone still Overwhelmed with paper work … dealing with stuff … on a positive note made curry from scratch so it’s a lower cal version no Ghee or added cream oil it’s almost done fasting for 18 hours second meal low carb protein eggs & deli meat no bread that what works for me just can’t give up my rice so staying within the 900-1000 cal sending you all loving positive vibes …. Just hope I can reach my first goal at some point xxx
