ok, its gone up but this was after all inclusive holiday in sunny Mexico. The hope is that this will reduce down now im back home and on normal food and no alcohol!!!.

113 kg Lost so far: 22.5 kg. Still to go: 9.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If that is all you gained after a vacay down in Mexico, you are a star!!! If I still drank and with my love of Mexican food.....all inclusive would see me with a 10-15 lb gain, you did awesome!
