Awesome, Zenus! Whatever you are doing now—it is working! It must feel great, since it is so hard to predict how our bodies react to change. You made some good bets, and they are paying off!

Thanks, Agnes! 🙂 For the first time in my life I'm not too worried about the scale while on a weightloss journey. I never thought that I would actually prefer to see only small losses. I'm more focused on building strength & muscle. Feeling & seeing a little muscle growth is more of a motivator for me at this point in time than anything else, although the small loses don't feel bad at all as I'm pretty confident it's fat loss & not muscle loss. 😁 I'm now 100% positive some body recomposition is going on. 😊

I admire your focus on strength and muscle. I watched some of the Sal Di Stefano video you (I think) pointed to in one of the posts about recomping. I’m inspired by you to keep up my strength training which at times has waned to just once a week. I have to step it up back to 3-4 a week! Plus, I get sore if I don’t do it more regularly.

Thanks alot, Agnes & FoodyDuty! It gets rough keeping the focus sometimes, especially when visiting here & watching others drop the #s...lol. I remain happy to the fullest for them, though! I get a lot of motivation for strength training through my Hevy app too. You can do it, Agnes!!! 🙂
