Hi everyone how are doing ? Peaceful day ? Am still trying to finish the paper work I just prepped some mushroom rice with leftover fish from yesterday salad ( I have to plan my meals) otherwise I start raiding the fridge consuming 10.000. Cal consumed without realising it … Fasting feeling happy & content within myself despite all else …. Gods Grace has helped keep me in good spirits sending u all positive loving vibes ….❤️❤️❤️
79.6 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I too plan my meals, I do a weekly plan and then shop accordingly. Saves thinking through the week and as you say, stops the fridge raiding 'super' snacks 😋. I had fish today also, I never have leftovers though, as my cat Mason gets to enjoy some too 😀

I hope you get the paper work done soon and I get our medicine closet finally done. Won't be today though.
