Weighed today - 192. I sometimes go up and sometimes I go down but I still land here consistently so when I do I just log it because it is where I am living at. Have not ever been to 195 or below 190 for eons. Yep, I live here.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I usually have a range of 3-5 that I stay at, unless I super focused on losing weight or binging on potato chips and ice cream.

Morticia think about it this way. You are literally 3 pounds away from being out of the 90’s. Don’t know what your daily CICO is but that would be a 500 calorie a day cut to lose an extra 1 pound a week and by Halloween you will be in the 80’s. Don’t know if this helps you but it’s what worked for me. Hugs to you.

Our scales must be talking to each other! I've been in the same exact range for almost 18 months. I tell myself I accidentally found maintaince. How is that bad? I really am not unhappy here but I think I want to drop another 10ish.

Fritzy, when I am super focused not much happens. When I at eating chips and ice cream, I gain. LOL.

Sternfan, I'm tired of going nowhere but even when I am exercising 2+ hours a day not much is happening. At least my blood sugars are now great and I am no longer diabetic nor pre-diabetic and my cholesterol went down by a third.

SLYONE 22, I have a lot to lose still. My carbs, fiber, and protein are all often where I want them. I just need less calories.

Draglist, I end up often not even eating what I wrote down and have to go back and erase it but I am not low enough on calories to lose weight.

at least you aren't gaining weight and staying the same but I do understand that it's frustrating when you are wanting to loose. I'm sure you are probably feeling better and your body is healthier than you were before.

You have lost weight. What was your plan at that time? I support you and I say what Sara said, you lost 40 lbs already. You can do this with some tweaking. 🩷🩷🩷🩷

A 40 pound loss is significant! Maybe recalculate your deficit calorie calculation. Or calculate your maintenance calories then reduce by 200-300 calories. A deficit doesn’t have to be drastic. You got this!
