Hi everyone hope ur keeping well so pleased that autumn has finally arrived … did some online shopping today stocked up essential house hold stuff fasting 18hours invited out for early dinner very casual setting … good food good company … I have so much paper work to sort out … but decided to pick up where I left off on Monday …. Weight loss is slow am sure so will weigh myself on Friday to avoid disappointment eating everything no restriction smaller portions that’s all staying away from fruit at night which was what I used to eat before going to bed thinking wrongly it was a healthy option …Fasting seems the best option for me so far so good sending love & positive vibes thank u for being my friends a source of comfort love & kindness ❤️❤️❤️❤️
79.7 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

what hours fasting do u do?? I get up at 5am n go be at 10pm, it seems to be working for u x

My lovely Heather I usually eat by ( 5pm) or (6pm) depends on the sort of day how busy etc My evening snack is for comfort love food u see small sandwich or crackers some cheese boiled egg with some butter in a bun after I scoop out the inside or one slice of bread some water that’s it around 10pm hope this helps xx
