Hard to believe that I’ve managed to lose 66 pounds by watching my calories only. Recently, as in the last 6 months, I’ve started walking daily along with my usual weekend riding that I’ve been doing for decades. The weight loss feels great, I’ve never been overweight before and have a better understanding of what folks go through now.
51.3 kg Lost so far: 30.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
