Good morning my darlings up early lots to do paper work etc coffee break but feeling very positive despite all else … weighed myself and yes another loss am so proud of myself really putting in the effort and exercise as much as my legs allow me too fasting has become a game changer for me don’t feel as hungry as I used too managing 18 hours but anything above that feel faint ( like I did yesterday can’t push myself any harder at the moment I am loving the daily walk by the river let’s hope the weather is kind today & allows me to continue …. Am really happy with my small achievements be it weight loss walking of just staying positive despite all else thank you to everyone you support is vital and sometimes I feel lonely isolated but FS has really help with that part of my life too sending u all much love xxx❤️❤️❤️
80 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
