Hi everyone stressful day unfortunately the issue am dealing with hasn’t resolved ….weight loss disappointing but understandable high fat food high carb on their demand ( not my thing ) home life isn’t easy too …. My partner is the only positive one …my health is good …just one of those days will go for a walk once am done …here sending u all much love
80.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
