Today I am going to fast for 2 meals. Funny how changing your diet and getting rid of sugar can really help you to feel better. Reducing your calories and eating better meals really does help. Already I have lost about 6 lbs. and I intend for this trend to continue!
94.3 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
