The dreaded weekend climb. Always happens for some reason. Also o wear more clothes when I weigh on the weekends so I shouldn’t put much stock into it. Farmers market today and getting a colonic later. Haven’t gotten one in over 20 years! Willing to give it another shot. The place had fantastic reviews. I always have to take something to help me go to the bathroom otherwise I can go many many days without going.
