As a kool-aid kid I am finding it interesting that squeezing some lemon juice into my water has made a big difference in my water consumption. I am happy that this has made a big difference in the way the water tastes. Best part, no sugar!

I also make lemon water, and cucumber water. So much easier to get the amount needed down!

So small shake of unsweetened kool-aid powder in the water with lemon is also good. That's what I started with when I quit sodas. Now I enjoy plain water.
