I participated in Mattride's walking challenge and managed to complete the 30 miles of walking in one week. I am proud of that but for some reason could not stick to my eating plan and gained. A couple of things may factor in to that; I was in a lot of pain from the walking that just didn't let up. I was determined to finish strong so I pushed through the pain. Allergy season hit and I also feel exhausted from that - this never bodes well for restricted eating as somehow my body sends the message that eating will perk me up. NO. WRONG. So going forward, it's back to ketovore-style eating and adjust to allergy pills. I'll take a break from walking until the pain ends. When I resume - and I will because there were other benefits I noticed - it will be a goal of 2-3 miles per day.
84.6 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
