Not a problem this isn’t my heaviest … I was 129.9 kgs in my late 20s so it can be lost … target is 15kgs down 👍💪

Try brisk Walking along with Chessnut for 5km a day 👌

Matt Ride I did 3.5KM) yesterday with my walking stick today I didn’t have time running around like a headless chicken realistic goal for me would be three times a week thank u for the encouragement & support x

Marry Mel my lovely …. Am just glad am healthy other than the weight issue …. Today I faced myself my fear and to be honest I thought was much heavier than what I am … so it was a good thing today I ate a quarter of what I usually consume so Day one has gone well 💪🤞👍
