Updated my weight for this week because I apparently had a 2 pound drop during the night, which made it a 3 pound loss this week!
I'm trying to eat a little less meat and more fiber, and I think my body is responding. I've kept calories about the same, or they might have slightly gone up even. Carbs are net under 50, but a lot higher if you don't deduct the fiber.
My new skirt that I bought about 3 weeks ago kept slipping down to my hips all day at work yesterday, so that was cool. Luckily, I thought ahead about that when I bought it and got a style that I can easily alter down. :)
